If you are interested in serving on a City Advisory Board, please complete the Board Appointment Form (apply online or print) and return to Lake Mary City Hall located at 100 North Country Club Road. A description and explanation of responsibilities for each Board is articulated on the backside of the form. If you submitted a form within the past year and still desire to be considered for an appointment, please call the City Clerk’s Office at 407-585-1423.

Generally, appointments are made in December of each year, but vacancies on boards can occur throughout the year. Your form will remain on file for consideration for one year. Please consider becoming a working part of your City!
