The City of Lake Mary would like to keep it's citizens involved regarding the projects that are currently underway. This webpage will be updated as new projects are started. As with our entire website we welcome any suggestions that you may have.

Public Works - Projects

Downtown Sanitary Sewer Project
Lake Mary is continuing to install sanitary sewer lines in the Downtown Development District. The final phase of the project is underway and should be complete by the end of the year (2008). The project will provide central sewer service to an additional 37 parcels located on Lake Mary Avenue from Country Club to 2nd Street and on Wilbur Avenue from 4th Street to Old Lake Mary Road.
