The City of Lake Mary would like to keep it's citizens involved regarding the projects that are currently underway. This webpage will be updated as new projects are started. As with our entire website we welcome any suggestions that you may have.

Skyline Drive and Sand Pond Road Roadway Construction This 1.25 mile project consists of minor widening, turn lane improvements, horizontal and vertical curve reconstruction and converting the existing 2-lane rural roadway to a 2-lane urban roadway with a closed drainage system, ponds, and sidewalks. The project also includes extending Skyline Drive from its current terminus approximately 1,100-feet to Emma Oaks Trail. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of July, 2012.
