Downtown Sanitary Sewer Project
  
Lake Mary has completed the installation of sanitary sewer lines in the Downtown Development District. This, the projects final phase, provides central sewer service to an additional 37 parcels located on Lake Mary Avenue from Country Club Rd to 2nd Street and on Wilbur Avenue from 4th Street to Old Lake Mary Road.
