	City of Lake Mary Garbage and Recycling Cart Requests Form Each residence is provided with both a garbage (green) and a recycling cart (yellow lid). The carts must be set no more than 3 ft. from the curb in an area of easy access by 6:00 am with handles facing away from the street ensuring enough space between the carts for mechanical lifting process. No carts/debris/large item shall be placed out for collection any earlier than 6:00 P.M. of the day prior to a scheduled pick up and no later than 6:00 A.M. on the day of collection and containers shall be removed no later than 8:00 P. M. on the day they are emptied. The carts issued to your residence are the property of Waste Management and shall remain in the event you move or you will be charged accordingly.
