Where is the Lake Mary Police Department located?
The department is at 165 E. Crystal Lake Avenue. This is approximately 1/4 mile North of Lake Mary Blvd and 1 block east of Country Club Road. Click here for further directions.

When can I pick up a copy of a report?
Temporarily, the records office is open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Generally we are open from 8 - 6pm, M-F.

Can I call to see if a police report is available?
Yes, the telephone number for the records office is 407-585-1320.

Is there a charge for a copy of a report?
Yes. The price is .15 per page for one-sided letter size copies and .20 per page for two-sided letter size copies.

If I lose something can I call to see if it was turned in to the Police Department?
Yes. The Evidence custodian receives all property. You can call the Evidence custodian directly at 407-585-1324.

When can I pick up my property from the Police Department?
Evidence and property is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm (excluding holidays). Please call to make an appointment in advance.

Does the Police Department offer Fingerprinting services?
Yes. Fingerprinting is done on Tuesday and Thursday between 11:00am and 1:00pm (excluding holidays).

Do I need an appointment to be fingerprinted?
No. Fingerprinting is done on a first come first served basis on Tuesday and Thursday between 11:00am and 1:00 pm.

Does the Lake Mary Police provide INS fingerprinting?
No. You must go to the INS service.

Does the Lake Mary Police Department fingerprint for concealed weapons permits?
No. The local Sheriff's Office must fingerprint for concealed weapons.

Is there a cost for fingerprinting?
Yes. $3.00 for City of Lake Mary residents. and $5.00 for non-residents effective July 1, 2002.

Does the Lake Mary Police Department register bicycles?
No

Does the Lake Mary Police Department register handguns?
