What is a Precautionary Boil Water Notice?
I plan to do some digging in and around my yard and there may be some utilities such as telephone, water, sewer, power, cable, etc. Who should I call to know where they are located?
Call Sunshine State One Call at 800-432-4770 for all utility locates.
There is a stray animal in my neighborhood. What should I do?
Call Seminole County Animal Services at 407-665-5201.


A dead tree has fallen on the sidewalk blocking it and part of the road. Who should I report it to?
Call Public Works at 407-585-1452 and give the location, your name and telephone number. We will send our team to investigate and clean up the debris.
I have a missing or broken street sign and want to request a new street sign. Who should I call?
Call Public Works at 407-585-1452 and give your name, telephone number, address and the location where the sign is needed.
My water quality and/or water pressure is not good. What should I do?
Call 407-585-1452 and provide your name, address, telephone number and description of the problem.


I have questions about trash pick up. Who should I call?
Call Customer Service at 407-585-1448.
