When a citizen of Lake Mary is going on vacation, and they want an extra check on their residence they have the option of completing a vacant housewatch form and the department will check the specified residence at least twice per day. This form is downloadable and printable from this web site.

When completing this form, a responder is a person who has their own set of keys to your home, and your alarm code if you have an alarm, that will come to your residence to meet with Officers in the event of an emergency at your home in your absence. Please remember to include day and evening phone numbers for your responders.

This form, once completed, can be brought to the Police Department any time, day, night, weekends, and holidays, or you can fax the signed and completed housewatch form to the Lake Mary Police Department at (407) 585-1398.
