The Lake Mary Senior Center is available for Homeowner Association meetings only. HOA’s within Lake Mary city limits may hold their monthly and annual meetings free of charge, except for a refundable $50 damage deposit. HOA’s that fall outside of the Lake Mary city limits are subject to the $80 per hour rental fee and a $200 security deposit.
