Deputy Mayor Sidney Miller was elected to the City Commission in 2014. Prior to his election to the City Commission, he served as a member of the Planning and Zoning Board for 12 years. He was appointed and served as Board Chairman for the Seminole County College Board of Trustees. He was Co-Chairman of the Seminole County Metro Orlando Economic Development Team. He also served on the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, MetroPlan Orlando Citizens Advisory Committee, and the Seminole Youth Commission Board.
