Central Park is located on City Hall grounds with shady paths, a reflecting pond, gazebo and picnic tables. With its beautiful surroundings and amenities, it has everything you need for an enjoyable evening in downtown Lake Mary!

Gazebo Rental

The Gazebo at Central Park is available for rental for small gatherings or ceremonies.  Rental attendees must be no greater than fifty people. The rental is for the gazebo only and does not include any of the other public grounds of Central Park.

Gazebo Rental Availability

• Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm
• Saturday between the hours of 3:30 pm and 9:00 pm
• Sunday between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm

Gazebo Rental Fees

A minimum two hour rental is required. All rental fees, including a one-hundred dollar ($100) refundable damage fee, and sales tax is required at the time of booking.

Non-Resident: $35 per hour

Lake Mary Resident: 15% Discount

Please note: A City Resident is anyone who is living inside the corporate boundaries of the City of Lake Mary.  Proof of residency will be required at the time of booking. Not sure if you are a City resident? Visit the Seminole County Property Appraiser's website (tax district will be listed as "Lake Mary").
