About Us
Chapter 175, Florida Statutes, 5 members, 2-year terms. Members serving on the Firefighter's Pension are required to complete a financial disclosure form annually. Two members are elected by members of the Plan, the Commission appoints two residents of Lake Mary, and the four members elect a fifth member, who is not required to reside in Lake Mary.
