Apply For / Change Utility Service

Step 1: Not all Lake Mary addresses are serviced by us.  Find out if we service your location. View the Do I Live in the City of Lake Mary Map website. Please contact Customer Service/Utility Billing at 407-585-1448 for deposit and processing fee information.

Step 2: Complete Utility service application in one of two ways:

  • Print the application, complete, and bring to the Customer Service/Utility Billing Division at City Hall, along with the deposit and processing fee.
  • Complete the online form, and click the submit button at the bottom of the form. Instructions to pay deposit and processing fee will be presented after submitting application.

Renters must provide a copy of the signed lease agreement along with a completed application. If applying online, please email the same to the Utilities department.
